Good points.

Overall, the key in social media is to be human. That's why Zappos has been so effective, and generated such results. It's not a company spamming out corporate bullsh*t, but rather actual people saying actual people things to other people.

Aside:
It's funny that we have to use words like "value creation" when we're talking about relationships and networks, when those things have been true of human relationships since the world began.
