Bottle stoppers and a Video!

I have had some requests for a video showing the process that I use when making my wood wine bottle stoppers or toppers as some like to call them. I have been streaming live for a long time and this is my first attempt at video on my own. A bit rough around the edges, but I will get better quickly. Below the video is a large offering of wine bottle stoppers. Thank you and Happy holidays!

This is wine stopper set #25 and is made from Paddauk(Red) and Mahogany(Light Brown). These are all handmade and no two sets are exactly alike.

This is wine stopper set #27 and is made from Black Palm. A beautiful wood that has the look of dark jewel with white fleck. Black palm is an expensive wood from the trpoics and I love to turn it, but I only do a dozen or so all year long. These are all handmade and no two sets are exactly alike.

OK, that was really cool. It was almost like magic, watching the wood chips fly, and seeing a block of wood turn into a work of art.

Very cool, Keith. Keep it up.

    Keith,

I just caught this video. Nice job. It is apparent that you have done a few of these before. Great detail work and very nice quality of cut with the skew. I definately need to work with my skew a lot more. Keep these videos coming!
